This package bundles up three of our most popular courses for those looking for a career on superyachts, providing you all the training and experience to be able to undertake a range of roles on board.

The course comprises of:

Basic Safety Training
This course is the minimum requirement for those working on a vessel at sea, and is comprised of the following modules: Personal Survival Techniques, Fire Prevention & Fire Fighting, Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities, and Elementary First Aid. Training is conducted through a mix of classroom and practical sessions, including live fire scenarios in our purpose-built fire facility and sea survival at a local pool.

Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
A more in-depth look at security duties than the Security Awareness course, this course covers the importance of security duties on board, looking at maintaining the ship security, recognising security risks and threats, as well as key points in the undertaking of security inspections. This is all achieved through classroom theory as well as role-playing scenarios.

Powerboat Level 2
In this course you will get out on the waterway by the academy and learn all the skills to safely handle a powerboat. This offers a great opportunity to provide the skills to cover additional roles onboard the superyacht including tendering.
