This course is a requirment for all crew that will be handling or serving food on board, so that the individual has an understanding of food safety and will help them to minimise contamination when handling food products
It gives individual the knowledge of how to safely & hygienically store, handle, cook and serve food on a vessel
This course is reccomeneded to Chef's as well as Stewardess's
