Captain position for a43m Private Charter

Captain or captain team (with chief stew) for a 45M charter yacht. Aside from having suitable experience and a 500T (3000 preferred), the owner is looking for an outgoing and charismatic captain, not just because of the charter aspect, but also for his personal preferences. This is a dual-season program, full-time, but there is the possibility for extended leave (2-3 months). Usually, USA/Caribbean seasons may also do the MED in 2026.
