Freelance Charter Chef

** Charter Chef 25m for week trip in SoF**
 
- Position is open to both male/female candidates
- Ideally local to Antibes area- not going to fly in candidates
-Trip will be June 22-29 
- 4 Guests
* Chef will join 21st (TBD with Captain)
*3 crew total- Chef will make 4th 
 
 
Requirements:
Valid STCW
Valid ENG 1
Valid Ship
Valid Ships Cook Certs
**Any required VISAS must be in hand and valid- Schengen, etc
** References REQUIRED ** Proven track record ** Team Player ** ZERO DRAMA policy**
 
-Must be SKILLED in these cuisines-
Mediterranean- Greek, Italian, French
Kosher/halal style
Dairy free dishes
Vegan
Vegetarian
Sushi
Fish
Tea service pastries- scones, tea sandwiches
Bread
Soups
 
Compensation:
-Chef will have their own cabin
-€230-350/ day DOE
