AB Engine / Motorman – 30m Commercial HSCLocation: Channel IslandsCompany: Döhle YachtsJob Description: Döhle Yachts are looking to recruit 2 AB Engine or Motormen for a commercial High Speed Passenger Vessel within our fleet. This is a 2-month fixed contract with the possibility of extension. The successful candidates will assist in the overall operation and maintenance of the vessel’s engineering systems, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the operation and maintenance of all engineering systems on board. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations. Support the engineering team in daily operations and maintenance tasks. Participate in safety drills and emergency procedures. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the engine room and living areas.Qualifications:OLR/WPR (STCW III/5 and III/4) or Motorman certification. Previous experience on passenger vessels is a plus but not essential. Must hold an EU or EAA passport as candidates will be living ashore. Possession of PSCRB (Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats). Crowd Management and Human Behaviour certification would be ideal.Benefits:Competitive salary, depending on experience.
