Position Snapshot

• OOW 3000gt or greater
• 45 days p/y increasing to 60 on year 2 and 75 on the third year of employment
• Start: ASAP

A high profile 63m Charter MY is on the search for a recently qualified OOW to join them as the 2nd officer on a fulltime / permanent basis

The vessel operates duals season Med / Caribbean, with yard times usually completed in Europe.

The vessel is a popular charter yacht and will likely have a full schedule with tips (during season)

The vessel is well maintained, equipped with full watersports set-ups, large tenders and experienced deck crew

The vessel is looking for longevity and someone who will be committed to grow with the program and effectively manage the deck team

The Ideal Candidate

• Bosun or officer experience on vessels 45m + or larger
• OOW 3000gt COC or better
• ISM experience
• Good bridge management skills
• Passage planning experience
• Good team management / communication style
• Can lead deck team by example
• Tender driving & watersports skills
• STCW, ENG 1, Valid Passport

Start: ASAP

Salary: Paid in Euro + Tips (good salary for experience)

Leave: 45 days p/y increasing to 60 on year 2 and 75 on the third year of employment
