Wilsonhalligan are looking for an Operations Manager to look after the day-to-day activities of an established Maritime company in the UK.

The ideal candidate will:
- have a Superyacht Officer/Captain background
- have an excellent leadership skills
- have a proven ability to lead a team to meet goals and quotas
- be results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- have an experience in setting sales goals
- a good knowledge of the marine industry

Start: ASAP
Location: South Coast, United Kingdom (Right permit to work and live is a MUST)
Salary: £60k

 

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
