ROTATIONAL CHIEF STEW/PURSER 80M+ We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Rotational Chief Stew/Purser to join a prestigious, world-cruising private motor yacht. The vessel is expected to arrive in Europe towards the end of April to commence a short shipyard period, followed by a busy summer season in the Mediterranean. Winter plans are for a dual season in more remote, off-the-beaten-path destinations (TBC). Responsibilities: - Purser Duties: logistics, Crew travel, accommodation arrangements, Voly.  - Service: Collaborating with the HOS, lead the meal service when the owner is onboard. - Team Management: Oversee and mentor an interior team of 6, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest experience. - Guest Relations: ensure the a seamless guest experience  Requirements: - Experience: Minimum of 18 months experience as Chief Stew on yachts of 55m+ and at least 6 years in the yachting industry. - Skills: Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and providing outstanding service. - Availability: Ready to start during the first two weeks of May. Package:  - Salary: $8,000 USD per month - Leave: 2:2 Rotation - Start: early-mid May
