HEAD OF SERVICE 80M+ MY  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Service to join a prestigious 80M+ world-cruising motor yacht. The vessel will be cruising the Mediterranean this summer and is set to embark on an exciting dual season during the winter, venturing to remote locations off the beaten track. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and train the service team, working closely with the Chief Stew to ensure exceptional service standards. Training & Development: Provide guidance to junior service team members and support the development of the overall service operation. Candidate Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 4 years in the industry with at least 2 years in a Senior Service role. Ideal candidates will have experience as 2nd Stew, Senior Service, or Head of Service on yachts 65m+. Skills: Proven leadership, training, and organisational abilities. A passion for providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards under pressure. Availability: Ready to start in April (but we can wait for the right candidate with a notice period). Package & Benefits: Leave: 3:1 Rotation Salary: $5,000 USD per month Start Date: April (flexible for the right candidate)

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
