Overview

Our client is seeking an exceptional House Manager for a two-month project at a prestigious Middle Eastern household – a six-bedroom penthouse in St. James's, London, UK.

The residence is home to one Principal and regularly has four guests, with a highly active and formal household staff that includes 11 housekeepers, seven butlers, and six chefs, all delivering a 5-star level of hospitality.

The House Manager will work four shifts per week – two day shifts (08:00–20:00) and two night shifts (20:00–08:00)—to ensure smooth operations while the existing team of two House Managers takes their scheduled days off.

Job duties
Responsibilities of the House Manager in St. James's, London, UK, include:

• Main point of contact for the Principal’s team
• Manage the day to day operation
• Leading the 5 star service delivery
• Managing and being responsible for the service team
• Household stock management
• Coordinating and overseeing any emergency maintenance works

Hours
