Chief Officer – 30m Commercial HSCDöhle Yachts are looking to recruit an experienced Chief Officer for a commercial High Speed Passenger Vessel within our fleet. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the deck department, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the operation and maintenance of all deck equipment and systems. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations. Manage the deck crew, providing leadership and training as needed. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure the vessel’s readiness. Maintain accurate records of all deck activities and maintenance.Qualifications:STCW Commercial Officer of the Watch (OOW) Certificate of Competency. Extensive experience with high-speed passenger vessels. Strong knowledge of marine operations and regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Competitive salary, depending on experience, and benefits package. Rotation schedule: 3 months on / 3 months off.
