ROTATIONAL SOUS CHEF 80M NEW BUILD We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join the galley team aboard a brand-new 80m private motor yacht. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong culinary background and a love for creating exceptional food in a professional team and a new galley! Key Responsibilities: Cooking for a crew of 21 on a daily basis. Assisting the Head Chef with guest desserts, breads, and pastries. Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient galley. Working closely with the Head Chef to deliver the highest quality meals for the owner and their guests Requirements: Male & Female applicants welcome. 6+ years of cooking experience in high-end restaurants. At least 2 years’ experience on similar-sized yachts (80m or larger). Baking and pastry skills are a must. Hardworking, passionate about food, and committed to excellence. Creative, eager to learn, and drama-free attitude. No visible tattoos (small tattoos are acceptable). Must be a team player and flexible in the galley, as you’ll be working alongside the Head Chef as a team of 2 Package: 2:2 rotation Salary: DOE Start date: End of May
Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.
Language Requirements:
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications:
All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
