Rotational Bosun / Crane operator for a 95m private Support Vessel


Start:           3rd of June

Location:     Middle East / Europe

Package:     Salary in Euros, 176 days annual leave


Skills and Attributes: 

  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience as an Offshore Crane Operator, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Experience with NOV Cranes, especially C3447 Type, 100T Crane.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Bosun, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Experience with complex lifting operations, such as heavy lifts, multi-crane operations, or lifting in confined spaces.
  • Experience in Crane maintenance
  • Experience in deck operations such as cargo handling, mooring, maintenance, and watchkeeping duties.
  • Supervising and training junior deckhands
  • Ability to oversee the day-to-day deck operations, assigning tasks, and ensuring the proper maintenance of the vessel’s deck and equipment.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written English
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills                        
  • Detail-orientated with a focus on safety and operational efficiency
  • Adaptability to work in dynamic offshore environments.

Qualifications Required:

  • Valid Offshore Stage 3 Crane Operator certification, or equivalent.
  • STCW Unlimited ticket for Deck Ratings
  • Banksman, Rigger, and Slinger Course Certificates
  • Seafarer’s Medical Certificate valid for at least 6 months
  • STCW (Fully Updated) 
  • Seaman’s Discharge Book (mandatory)
  • Highly desired: HLO/HDA and Forklift certificate

Work Experience Requirements:
