Job Title: Catamaran Captain

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and professional Catamaran Captain to take command of our private catamaran, which will be traveling across the Mediterranean. This is a permanent position for a dedicated individual who thrives in a dynamic maritime environment, ensuring safe and seamless voyages.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely navigate and operate the catamaran across various destinations in the Mediterranean.

Ensure full compliance with maritime laws, safety regulations, and environmental protocols.

Oversee the vessel’s maintenance, servicing, and general upkeep to maintain peak performance.

Manage and coordinate crew member(s), ensuring smooth onboard operations.

Plan routes, monitor weather conditions, and adjust itineraries as needed.

Maintain accurate records, including logbooks, maintenance schedules, and safety drills.

Troubleshoot and manage minor technical and mechanical issues onboard to ensure smooth operations (technical knowledge is a strong asset).

Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid captain’s license (e.g., RYA Yachtmaster Offshore, USCG Master, or equivalent).

Extensive experience operating catamarans or similar vessels.

Strong knowledge of Mediterranean navigation, weather patterns, and port regulations.

Technical and maintenance knowledge of marine systems (engines, electrical, plumbing) is a plus.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
