Bosun

We are looking for an experienced Bosun to join a 50m+ private ssailing yacht. 

Role Overview:

As Bosun, you will be part of a deck team and play a crucial role in deck operations, sailing, maintenance, and watersports activities. Candidates with a Yachtmaster in hand will have the opportunity to gain valuable bridge time and be involved in navigation watches.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee daily deck operations, ensuring high standards of maintenance and presentation.
Assist with tender operations and watersports activities, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Conduct deck maintenance, teak maintenance and general upkeep.
Support bridge duties and navigation watches for candidates with a Yachtmaster certification.
Work closely with the Captain and Chief Officer to ensure smooth deck operations.

Requirements:

Strong sailing background and Yachtmaster certification 
Previous lead deck experience in +40m sailing yacht.
Strong knowledge of deck maintenance and watersports operations.
Experience with tender driving and guest interaction.
Keen to grow within the programme and take on additional responsibilities over time.
