Bosun 150+ M/Y

I am looking for a bosun for a luxury cruise yacht, please see information below:

Rotation 3 months on 3 months off

Salary- $5000-$6000 DOE

Single cabin

Candidates must hold AB certificate and experience on large superyachts (ideally 100m+)

⚓ Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Supervision: Highest-ranking rating in the Nautical Department, overseeing all subordinate nautical crew

Team Management: Supervises, coaches, and assigns daily tasks to deckhands, ensuring high work standards.

Cleaning & Maintenance: Plans and schedules regular cleaning, painting, and upkeep of the yacht’s hull, decks, superstructure, and equipment.

Safety & Operations: Must be skilled in mooring, anchoring, tendering, watersports, line handling, and Zodiac operations.

Inspections & Standards: Conducts weekly inspections, monitors maintenance scores, and addresses issues promptly.

Guest Experience: Upholds brand Culture, ensuring a premium guest experience
