ROTATIONAL LEAD SERVICE (HOS) 120M+ MY We are currently seeking a highly competent Lead Service for a dual-season private 120m+ MY. The vessel is currently located in Europe, preparing for the upcoming Mediterranean season. The itinerary for late 2025 will be a dual season further afield (TBC). Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of 7 Service Stews, ensuring high standards of service are met at all times. Oversee all aspects of service, ensuring the highest quality experience for the owners and guests. Provide excellent fine dining service, alongside wine and cocktail knowledge. Train, mentor, and develop the service team to maintain exceptional standards. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service operations. Ideal candidate: At least 1 year of experience as Lead Service/HOS on a 90m+ yacht. Candidates with Chief Stew experience on a 60m+, coupled with prior experience on a 100m+ yacht, will also be considered. Exceptional service skills, including experience in fine dining, wine knowledge, and cocktails. WSET Level 2 certification. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on training and mentoring service staff. A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.
