Rotational Purser – Private 100m+ M/Y
Start date: May/June
Location: Med/Caribbean
Package: Salary in Euros –182.5 paid days leave – attractive package
Experience and attributes required:
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as Purser on 80m+ yachts
The management of all financial matters on board including accounting and bookkeeping.
HR, payroll, and general crew management such as keeping crew certifications up to date and monitoring holiday scheduling.
Preparing and sending out joining documentation such as SEAs, NDAs, and general information to new crew.
Ensures appropriate due diligence is undertaken when a crew member departs vessel.
Organisation of all Crew flights and guest flights as required.
Working with heads of departments to ensure smooth, efficient management of financial matters and purchasing and provisioning logistics.
Helping the relevant departments to Coordinate any contracts and deliveries to the vessel.
Planning events and arranging Owner and Guest Trips with relevant HOD’s as well as managing pre-arrival tasks such as transport options and venue checks.
General administration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with crew members, vendors, and management.
Advanced EXCEL, ADOBE, WORD skills, Prior experience with bookkeeping
Qualifications required:
Purser course (preferred)
STCW (fully updated) with PDSD
Seafarer’s Medical Certificate valid for at least 6 months
Seaman’s Discharge Book
B1/B2 visa (preferred)

Work Experience Requirements:
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.
Language Requirements:
Good knowledge of the English language is required.
Certificates and Qualifications:
A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
