76' Private M/Y

Seeking an experienced and well presented Captain for a US FLAGGED 76’ Private M/Y

*Must be American or Green Card Holder*

To join in South FL in March, ideally.

Current Captain has been with the program for 5 years (since owner’s purchase of the yacht), and is leaving on good terms to enter a different field. Will stay on until new Captain joins, for a proper handover. 

There is currently a Stewardess on board through the summer - however there is the option for a partner to join the program and run with a Captain/Stew team, moving forward. 

Itinerary: May-September based in the Hamptons, with main usage being in July and August. Owners use it as a dayboat for family outings (3-4 hours a day) planned in advance. Family program with lovely, caring owners. 

Jetskis, seabobs, efoils - a watersports and day cruising program.

Other months of the year the yacht is based in Palm Beach. 

Housing provided for crew in the Hamptons, and housing stipend is on offer for when the yacht is based in South FL. 

Annual salary $130,000-140,000 DOE

Owners also give a substantial summer bonus and winter bonus

Prior longevity with positive references are a must. Looking for a long term fit, someone to grow with the program, as the owner will very likely be stepping up to a 110’ in the coming year. 

The ideal candidate will have cruising knowledge and experience in the NE US, specifically the Hamptons.
