HEAD OF HOUSEKEEPING/2ND STEW 80M+ MY We are seeking an experienced Head of Housekeeping/2nd Stew to join an 80m private, dual season MY. The vessel is currently in Spain, preparing for the Med season ahead, and will later head to the Caribbean in winter 2025. Key Responsibilities: Focus on housekeeping with potential to learn service duties. Support Senior Service Stew when Chief Stew is on leave, managing stewardesses and workloads. Create worklists, lead the team, and report to the Chief Stew. Manage defect reports, update manuals, and train junior stewardesses. Shipyard experience is ideal Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 3.5 years’ experience on vessels over 60m and in a senior role Strong team management and calm, professional demeanour. A desire to learn and grow in service duties alongside housekeeping. Package: Start Date: Mid-June 2025 Leave: 4:2 rotation after a 1-month trial period (flexibility required due to vessel's needs) Salary: DOE/EUR
