Bosun/OOW

We are seeking an experienced Bosun to join a 50m+ private yacht based in the Mediterranean. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on and motivated individual looking to step into a leadership role on a busy, guest-focused vessel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing a deck team of five, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Handling and executing all tender driving and tender operations. 
• Working closely with the bridge team - an OOW ticket in hand is highly advantageous.
• Taking an active role in bridge operations and deck maintenance.
• Maintaining Awlgrip products and overseeing general deck upkeep.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in rank aboard similar-sized vessels.
• Strong maintenance background, particularly with Awlgrip products.
• A proactive and team-oriented approach to deck management.
• Ability to adapt to a busy private program with guests onboard frequently.
• Schengen visa if applicable 

Additional Details:

• Multinational crew of 15.
• Up to 12 guests onboard.

Package: €5000 per month + 60 days paid leave.
