DECKHAND 90M MY We are seeking a Deckhand for a busy dual season Private/Charter program. Candidates need to join by mid-March in the Caribbean. We are looking for experienced Deckhands with a minimum of a year's experience on a 50m+. Key Responsibilities: Assist with all deck duties, including maintenance, tender operations, and exterior cleaning. Ensure the yacht is maintained to the highest standards for both private and charter guests. Maintain safety and security on deck at all times. Be proactive and adaptable in a busy dual-season environment. Active involvement in watersports, guest interaction, and general deck activities. Candidate Requirements: Preferred minimum qualifications: Yacht Rating or Yacht-Master Minimum of 1 year experience on yachts 50m+. Strong eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness. Experience with tender driving is a bonus. No visible tattoos. Enthusiastic and willing to work hard as a busy program Additional skills or qualifications such as Carpentry or Water Sports Instructor experience are a plus. Excellent references Qualifications Required: STCW (Updated). Proficiency in Designated Security Duties. ENG-1 Medical. B1/B2 Visa (with at least 6 months remaining validity). COVID Vaccinated.
