We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Chef to join our professional crew aboard a 46m private motor yacht. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering balanced, nutritious meals for the crew while crafting refined, contemporary cuisine of the highest standard for guests.

This is a hands-on role that demands culinary excellence, organisation, and adaptability. The Chef will be responsible for all provisioning, ensuring the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients, and maintaining a pristine galley and well-functioning equipment. Flexibility is key, as menus must be adjusted based on guest preferences, dietary requirements, and available local produce.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare nutritious, high-quality meals for the crew and
elevated, modern cuisine for guests
• Manage all provisioning, sourcing premium ingredients while staying
within budget
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and organisation in the galley
• Ensure all galley equipment is well-maintained and in optimal condition
• Adapt menus as needed based on guest preferences and
seasonal availability
• Collaborate with the crew to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years experience as a Yacht Chef
Formal Chef training or a Ships cook certificate
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, dietary requirements, and
international cuisines
• Ability to work at a high standard in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Must be a team player with a positive and flexible attitude
• Experience with budgeting and provisioning
STCW Basic Safety Training (BST) Certification
• Seafarers Medical (ENG1)
• Must hold a valid B1/B2 Visa/Green Card/US Passport

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.

Visa Requirements:

B1/B2 visa is required for this role. US and Canadian citizens do not require the B1/B2 visa.
