Are you a hardworking, energetic, and self-motivated Deckhand looking to be part of a professional crew? We are seeking a team player with a keen eye for detail who takes initiative and isn’t afraid of hard work. You will play a key role in supporting the Bosun and Chief Engineer, ensuring the deck is maintained to the highest standard while contributing to smooth daily operations. The position does require that your time will be shared equally on deck and assisting the engineer.

What We’re Looking For:
• A minimum of one year of on a yacht over 30m
• STCW Basic Safety Training (BST) Certification
• Powerboat level 2 or similar
• Seafarers Medical (ENG1)
• Must hold a valid B1/B2 Visa/Green Card/US Passport

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.

Visa Requirements:

B1/B2 visa is required for this role. US and Canadian citizens do not require the B1/B2 visa.
