Are you a hardworking, committed, and detail-oriented Bosun looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a strong and dependable leader with a proactive mindset and a positive attitude to join a prestigious 46m private motor yacht. This is a hands-on role that requires exceptional leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and support a dynamic deck team while maintaining the highest standards of safety and presentation.

What We’re Looking For:
• A minimum of three years of experience on a yacht over 30m
• STCW Basic Safety Training (BST) Certification
• Powerboat level 2 or similar
• Seafarers Medical (ENG1)
• Must hold a valid B1/B2 Visa/Green Card/US Passport

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.

Visa Requirements:

B1/B2 visa is required for this role. US and Canadian citizens do not require the B1/B2 visa.
