First Mate position open, aboard a dynamic 34m Private foreign flagged M/Y. Dream owners and program.  

Male due to cabins.

Start early to mid March in South FL.
 
Well structured and seamlessly managed program with phenomenal ownership.
UHNW family who own a major sports team and are involved in various philanthropic endeavors; their schedule is mapped out well in advance which ensures the program runs smoothly. 

Vessel was launched in 2021 and owners purchased her new, stepping up from their previous yacht. Owner is now currently on the market for a new 50m and will be stepping up in size again, in the coming year.

Excellent Captain and crew; active, personable and career-minded. Solid work/life balance on board. Captain is a wonderful mentor and wants crew on board who are looking to develop and grow in the industry, making the most of their experience.

Looking for a fit and well presented Mate with long term career objectives and a stable, personable demeanor. The ideal candidate will be someone with Engineering experience and mechanical aptitude who will be confident with basic engineering maintenance.

Requirements: 
B1B2 in hand
YM Minimum, AEC1&2 also ideally
Prior longevity, and positive references are a must
Preference may be given to candidates local to South FL, to interview in person

$7-7500/monthly salary
Excellent compensation package with additional financial incentives, to be discussed directly with Captain
