Lovely owners of a 24m private MY are seeking an experienced, positive, and enthusiastic Deck/Stew to join their team

exciting opportunity on a busy private yacht. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a blended position between interior and exterior.

Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the interior and exterior of the vessel, working in conjunction with the captain and an experienced cook/stew

Lots of opportunity for tender driving, bridge watches, docking and water sports activities while also undertaking stew responsibilities of service & housekeeping

three crew members and up to eight guests.

The ideal candidate should be confident, self-sufficient, creative, and well-presented.

We are seeking a team player who is confident in all aspects of interior management and can anticipate guest needs.

The captain will also mentor with regards to training on deck

Key points:

Busy private yacht

Sydney based with 4 months cruising the Great Barrier Reef

Salary: $70,000 per year + Superannuation DOE
