Wilsonhalligan have a Crew HR Manager position available based in Monaco.

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join their Yacht Management team. This newly created role in crucial for managing the HR aspects of the crew across their fleet. 
 

You will have:

  • Prior experience in yacht crew HR Management, or a related maritime industry role. 
  • Strong knowledge of maritime employment laws, MLC regulations, and industry qualifications.
  • Excellent organisational skill with attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 

  • Overseeing all aspects of the crew employment cycle. 
  • Ensuring crew compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
  • Coordinating crew HR related policies, procedures, activities, and investigations. 
  • Managing stakeholder relationships.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
