Wilsonhalligan have a Senior Yacht Manager position available based in Monaco.
 

My client is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join their Yacht Management Department. As a Senior Yacht Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of yachts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering high standards of services to clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively coordinate the delivery of yacht management service deliverables for a portfolio of yachts. 
  • Manage key relationships across all stakeholders.
  • Enforce compliance with internal systems and procedures.
  • Manage yacht compliance.
  • Enforce all regulatory requirements on a portfolio of yachts.
  • Identify commercial opportunities.

 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and liaise with captains, crew, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

 

Location: Monaco

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
