Job Opportunity: Captain – Private Yacht 20m+ (Based in UAE)

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and professional Captain to join our team aboard a private yacht of 20 meters or more. The position requires the Captain to be present in the UAE, with an excellent understanding of local waters, maritime regulations, and luxury yacht operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the yacht, ensuring the highest standards of safety, navigation, and hospitality.
- Manage the yacht’s crew, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
- Plan and execute itineraries, including port arrivals, departures, and all navigation responsibilities.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulatory compliance are met, including vessel maintenance, certifications, and inspections.
- Maintain strong communication with the owners and guests, ensuring a personalized and high-quality experience.
- Supervise and manage the yacht’s equipment and oversee any necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Handle all paperwork related to the yacht, including logs, reports, and legal documents.

Requirements:
- Valid Captain’s license (Yacht Master or equivalent) with experience in command of yachts of 20 meters or more.
- Extensive experience in yacht handling, navigation, and crew management.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE maritime regulations, including local licensing requirements and laws.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing a small crew and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with guests, owners, and crew.
- Fluency in English is essential. Additional languages are a plus.
- Must already be based in the UAE or willing to relocate immediately.
