About this role

Rotational Assistant Engineer – Private 50m M/Y

Busy Private yacht cruising the Mediterranean single season.

Start:                     ASAP

Location:            Mediterranean

Package:             Salary in Euros – 2:2 rotation

Experience and attributes required:

  • Min 1 years’ experience as Engineer aboard yachts
  • Excellent trouble shooting skills with hands-on experience
  • MTU experience
  • Team Player with excellent communication skills
  • Strong electronics experience
  • Possessing a can-do attitude and ability to follow direction well

Qualifications required:

  • AEC 1 & 2 
  • Seafarer’s Medical Certificate ENG1 (valid minimum 6 months)
  • STCW (Fully updated) with PDSD
  • Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
