Overview

Our client, a dynamic international entrepreneur, is seeking an experienced and highly organised Head of Private Office in Palma de Mallorca. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the private office for two Principals, whose extensive assets span multiple countries.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, capable of navigating complex tasks and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Job duties:
Responsibilities of the Head of Private Office in Palma de Mallorca include:

• Organise the new set up of the private office based in Palma de Mallorca
• Manage properties across US, UK, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Argentina
• Manage and supervise construction and design of private residences
• Manage a sailing yacht, speedboat, private plane, fleet of cars
• Lead a team of individuals who will assist in the management of these assets
• Supervise all financial, legal, hr aspects of the private office

Candidates must be/have:

• Previous experience of several years leading a private office for an UHNWI
• Experience managing properties in most of the above mentioned countries
• Experience managing and supervising property construction and design
• Previous experience managing or supervising a yacht, private plane, cars
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English, Spanish and German proficiency preferred
• Excellent references are required
• An EU Passport holder

Hours
Monday – Friday.

Location
Palma de Mallorca, Spain.

Salary
€150,000 – 200,000, depending on experience.

+ performance bonus + benefits commensurate with experience.
