ROTATIONAL HEAD CHEF 80M+ MY We are seeking a Head Chef to join this 80m+ private, dual season MY. The vessel is currently in Spain in the yard preparing for the Med season ahead and will later head to the Caribbean in winter 2025. The preferred candidate will be culinary trained, have 4+ years in the industry and 5+ years shoreside hotel or restaurant experience. You will be confident in a variety of cuisines – Italian, Mexican, Greek, Authentic Cantonese, seafood, sushi, healthy salads etc… with creative flair for preferences and desserts. We are looking for someone who is approachable, calm under pressure, a team player and a motivated, upbeat addition to the crew. Open to male and female candidates. *Must hold your Food Hygiene Level 3, Ships Cook Certificate and culinary certification* Start date: June 1st 2025 Salary: DOE/USD Leave: 2:2 rotation  

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
