About the boat

It is a private 60 meter Motor Yacht. Cayman Island Flag.

The boat can accommodate 12 guests with 6 cabins and running with 15 crew on board. 

The project

A private M/Y based in SOF is looking for a Sous-Chef ready to start Mid April until 15 of October 2025 for a seasonal contract. If both sides are happy this can become a permanent contract and switch in rotation for the winter season with 2 weeks on/2 weeks off.
The boat is planning to cruise around the Mediterranean sea. 4 months full boss trip during the summer (June-September).

Desired profile 

  • Proficiency in Italian Cuisine is required.
  • Fluency in French is mandatory. 
  • Need to have at least one previous season in the yachting industry.
  • You must be drama free with a great personality, a real team-player. 

Salary : 3500-4000 euros depending on profile + good health coverage WYCC insurance.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the following languages is required: English, French

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
