We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess for a 35m motor yacht currently based in Italy for warranty works and cosmetic interior upgrades. This is a dual-season itinerary operating in the Mediterranean and the US/Caribbean. The ideal candidate will lead the interior team with 2 other stewardesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the interior setup and organisation of the yacht before and after warranty works.
  • Provide exceptional service to the Owners and guests, ensuring a relaxing onboard environment.
  • Support and advise the new Owners on interior arrangements, decor, and hospitality practices.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all interior areas, including cabins and common spaces.
  • Collaborate with the interior team to deliver high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a stewardess on a similar-sized yacht is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
  • Knowledge of interior service and care standards.
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Salary Range: 5,500 Euros per month with a very good leave package.
  • B1 B2 advantageous
