Wilsonhalligan have a Technical Manager position available based in the Middle East.

Wilsonhalligan is delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Superintendent based in the Middle East. Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team and manage the technical operations of a prestigious fleet of vessels. This role provides excellent exposure to a large fleet and substantial career growth potential.

Your Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar technical role, ideally with a background as a Chief Engineer in both yachting and commercial sectors.
  • Experience working closely with crew and family office teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to manage client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple vessels and coordinate technical support across them.
  • Willingness to travel to the vessels as required, ensuring operational standards are met.
  • Must be willing to relocate to the Middle East.

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
