Crew Chef opportunity aboard Private/Charter 80m+ WW cruising M/Y

Crew Chef position available on a busy private/Charter Motor with International Cruising program, cooking for the Crew and assisting the Head Chef

Start date:        End of Feb 2025

Itinerary:           Worldwide / TBC

Salary:               Highly competitive salary Paid in Euros – 42 days leave

Experience/attributes required:

• Restaurant and / or Cruise Liner background preferred 
• Planning and preparing of daily crew meals with a well varied repertoire
• Exceptional level of hygiene and safety
• Able to follow direction and utilise own initiative within the gally environment
• Prepared to work at anchor and in remote areas
• Excellent English Verbal and Written skills

Qualifications required:

• STCW (fully updated)
• Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
• Culinary certificate plus Ship’s Cook (preferred)
• Seafarer’s Discharge Book (preferable)
• Food Safety & Hygiene L2 Certificate
• Fully vaccinated (client’s request)
• B1/B2 (required)

 Non smoker / no visible tattoos
