Head Chef opportunity aboard Private/Charter 80m+ M/Y with WW cruising

A fabulous opportunity for an experienced Chef to further pursue their career on a world traveling expedition style yacht !

Start Date: End of February 2025
Package: Competitive salary paid in Euros –60 days leave
Itinerary: World-Wide cruising

Experience / Skills required:
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in similar role on 60m+, with a high end restauration background, Cruise Ship, or a very strong Sous Chef who is ready to step up to Head Chef
• Excellent knowledge of old fashioned, traditional, modern & classic cuisines – with the ability to add the Wow factor with creativity for the Charter Guests
• Knowledge of German dishes would be advantageous
• Exceptional level of hygiene and safety
• Excellent provisioning, budgeting, organisational and planning skills, including when in remote location
• Have the ability to adapt to last minute changes
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to direct other team members

Qualifications required:
• Certified Culinary training
• STCW (fully up-dated) incl PDSD
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (with min 6 months validity
• Discharge Book
• B1B2 Visa – Mandatory
• COVID Vaccinations (at client’s request)
• Non-smoker, no visible tattoos
