Rotational – Second Engineer – Private 50m+ M/Y (HD-3866)

Start date: 8th of February

Location: Europe Middle East

Package: Salary in Euros – 176 paid day leave

Experience and attributes required:

• Two years’ experience at sea on similar size vessels as 2nd or larger as 3rd Engineer with EOOW/SV preferable, minimum of one year. 
• Preference to yacht experience but happy to take commercial converts (cruise background in particular) if interested to learn too.
• AVIT and electrical experience/ interest
• Must be enthusiastic and willing to learn solid knowledge of ship systems.
• Must have the ability to adapt to new experiences as plans can often change.
• Must be able to help on deck (Mooring, crane, give a hand in busy time)
• Self-starter and able to work alone with guests on, while learning from the Chief Engineer at other times.

Qualifications required:

• EOOW Unlimited or SV CoC
• CAT Maintenance
• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate valid for at least 6 months
• Seaman’s Discharge Book
• Schengen visa (or able to obtain if applicable)  
• Covid Vaccinated & booster (client request)
• Share Cabin
