Live-in Nanny for four-year-old girl | Abu Dhabi, UAE

Overview

Our VIP client seeks a caring and energetic, Live-in Irish Nanny, to provide exceptional childcare for their four-year-old daughter. The ideal Nanny will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children.

For cultural reasons, they require an Irish Nanny. Fluency in English, French and Gaelic would be a plus but not essential.

Start date: ASAP.

Job duties

Responsibilities of the full-time Irish Nanny will include:

• Engage in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, arts and crafts, and educational games
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the child
• Assist with daily routines, including dressing, bathing, and bedtime
• Foster a safe and stimulating environment for the child to learn and grow
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding the child’s progress and activities
• Organise playdates and outings to promote social interaction
• Light housekeeping related to the child’s care
• Occasional travel with the family when required

Candidates must be/have:

• Fluency in English and French – would be a plus but not essential
• Fluency in Gaelic – would be a plus but not essential
• Background in childcare, preferably with experience in early education or equivalent
• Super organised with a proactive approach
• Strong emphasis on educational play and activity planning

Accommodation
Private ensuite accommodation will be provided.

Hours
Six days a week, 12 hours a day.

Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Salary & Benefits
Up to 17,000 AED, plus flights and visas paid for by the family.
