Senior Service Stewardess / Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Butler to work for our UHNW client, a family of six (adults) residing in Kuwait. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Butler who can manage some house manager duties, to oversee the seamless operation of our client’s busy household. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of longevity experience in similar roles, ensuring the highest standards of service, efficiency, and professionalism. In addition to managing household operations, the successful candidate should possess exceptional organisational skills, demonstrate discretion, and have a keen eye for detail. You will play a pivotal role in creating a harmonious living environment for the family, handling tasks with discretion, and upholding the family's values with the utmost dedication. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are paramount for fostering positive relationships with both the family and a small team of domestic staff.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the household, including managing domestic staff (about 10) and ensuring a harmonious working environment.
• Provide supervision, training, and support to maintain high-quality service standards.
• Coordination of duties among household staff to ensure efficiency.
• Take charge of F&B service within the household, including planning and executing meals.
• Ensure the highest standards in table setting, presentation, and service.
• Collaborate with the family to plan menus and accommodate dietary preferences.
• Provide personal assistance to family members as required, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
• Plan and coordinate events, gatherings, and special occasions hosted by the family.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
• Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for the family, including itineraries and logistics.

Ideal Candidates:

• South African passport holder is advantageous
• Live-out accommodation
• Proven experience as a House Manager/Butler in a private household setting
• Exceptional Butler service skills
• Longevity in previous roles is essential
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and responsibilities
• Fluent English essential
• French/Arabic language: a bonus
• You MUST have a clean driving license
• Female only due to the culture of the family

• Salary: EUR 5,000 per month (Tax-Free)
