Seeking a Stewardess / Crew Cook for a 43m private motor yacht with an exciting world cruise planned.

You must be adventurous and ready to cruise to far out destinations for extended periods away from main stream yachting.

When no guests are aboard, you would for-fill the crew cook role, providing healthy meals to the crew, and overseeing provisioning and galley maintenance. When guests are aboard, you would assist the interior team with Stewardess duties.

Start date: Mid January 2025

Requirements:

  • STCW BST 
  • Valid seafarers medical (ENG1)
  • Food Health & Safety Level 2 certificate
  • Ships Cook certificate preferred
  • USA B1 visa 
  • 2 years experience aboard Superyachts preferred
  • Three verifiable references

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on yachts matching the following requirements:

  • Yacht sizes:  30-39m or 40-49m
  • Yacht types:  motor
  • Yacht uses:   private
  • Experience length:  min 1 year

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

All applicants must hold a valid ENG1 certificate to be able to apply for this position.

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.

Visa Requirements:

B1/B2 visa is required for this role. US and Canadian citizens do not require the B1/B2 visa.
