Permanent  Captain – 35 m Private M/Y

An exciting opportunity for a Permanent Captain to join a 35m+ Private yacht. The yacht will spend the winter in port, getting ready for a busy and active summer season in 2025. This single-season program demands a skilled Captain who can maintain the vessel’s exceptional standards of service and operations. Candidates should bring experience on similar-sized yachts, expertise in summer season preparations, and strong leadership skills to guide the crew through an engaging summer season.

Start Date: ASAP  
Location: Balearic islands  
Package: Salary Paid in Euros month – 45 days pay- leave

Experience and Attributes Required:

* Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Captain on board 30m+ yachts
* Dynamic, energetic and leads by example with positive attitude
* Good Knowledge of the Mediterranean Sea
* Excellent leadership, communication and management skills
* Solid yachting background
* Excellent administration/accounting skills

Qualifications Required:
* Minimum Master 500
* STCW certificates (all updated)
* Seafarers’ Medical Certificate
* Seaman’s Discharge Book
