Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive Charter Broker for their luxury travel agency, with offices based in London and Monaco. As Charter Broker, you will join an existing young, dynamic, and high-performance team, working in a relaxed office and flexible working environment, all working towards the shared goal of changing the way clients see and experience travel.

Job duties
Responsibilities of the Charter Broker for a travel company include:

  • Client and partner management: Directly manage existing clients and industry partners to enhance lead generation and business growth
  • Charter process oversight: Oversee all aspects of the charter process, ensuring smooth and seamless operations from inquiry to final booking
  • Relationship building: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts, with in-depth knowledge of the best yachts worldwide
  • Industry representation: Represent the company at key yachting industry events, ensuring our presence and visibility at the forefront of the sector
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with a young, dynamic, and highly motivated team in a fast-paced environment to drive success

Candidates must be/have:

  • Minimum of three years’ experience as a charter broker, with a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and consistently meet targets
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Impeccably organised and detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy in execution
  • Strong analytical mindset with digital proficiency to navigate modern booking platforms and tools
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, with laser-focused prioritisation and time management

Hours
Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00. Hybrid working.

Location
2 – 3 days a week working from the office in SW London.

1-2 days WFH.

Salary
£40,000 + commission.
