EXPERIENCED HOUSEKEEPER - PRIVATE LUXURY VILLA - RAMATUELLE

About the Villa

The villa is located in Ramatuelle, Saint Tropez, it is privately owned and it is a second home. The owners do not live in the Villa all year round and they come from time to time for a long weekend and only a few weeks during the summer season. 

This is a permanent contract - CDI. 

This is a LIVE OUT position.

The owners of the vIlla will assist you and support for the 3 first months, if needed, to find accommodation nearby.

The project

We are looking for one Experienced Housekeeper ready to start working as soon as possible. 

The Client & Head Housekeeper are conducting a proper recruitment process to find the ideal candidate. 

You will be joining a team of one Head Housekeeper, you would be working as a team of 2 members.

There are gardeners working in the property. 

Please Note: You would not be required to do the laundry in the villa. You would not be required to do the Service.

We are looking for passionate people, who can deliver a high-end sense of hospitality.

• Candidates who are looking to join a dynamic team with different kinds of personalities, candidates who have a positive character, discretion, and a good balance between personal & professional personality would be preferred
• Candidates who understand that everybody works in a team and everyone collectively works towards giving the best satisfaction & service to the owners
• Flexibility is hence a key factor in this case

The focus of this position is to have an experienced and efficient Housekeeping team. The members will contribute to enhancing and maintaining the standard of living of the owners in the villa.

For the Housekeeping: 

• You will be in-charge of vacuuming/cleaning floors, carpets, surfaces, etc.
• You will be in-charge of making the beds, changing linens, setting up the bedrooms and bathrooms, etc
• You will be in-charge of cleaning/sanitising bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, and counter-tops
• You will be in-charge of replenishing toiletries, towels, supplies, etc
• Ensuring the main areas as corridors, living rooms are always dusted, tidy and well organised in accordance to the owner's habits. 

Most importantly, we would like a Housekeeper who understands the habits of the owners and their way of living. It is important that you memorise their habits and their way of living. 

There is dedicated personnel in the villa to take care of the Laundry & Service, hence you would not be in-charge of those areas.

Desired profile 

• You must be very autonomous and able to report and respect your hierarchy at the same time. 
• We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and likes to work in private households. 
• Previous experience as a housekeeper or as a Housekeeper is MANDATORY. 
• You are NOT allergic to cats, you are animal friendly as there are animals on the property
• You are a multitasking person and flexible, able to follow the processes that are already implemented and able to be reactive when facing something unusual. 
• You are a smiling and positive person, you respect confidentiality and you are trust-worthy and discreet. You have a positive attitude generally speaking and you have a great sense of human relationship, communication comes with an ease. 
• You are organized and you know how to prioritize your tasks during the day, you equally know how to balance different rhythms, especially winter/autumn compared to summer season and especially when the Villa is occupied/unoccupied.
• You are always on time and present well, you make sure that your appearance is always clean and professional 
• You MUST speak English. French is a plus.
• You MUST have a driving license as you can not access the Villa easily, public transport option can not be considered. 
• You DO NOT HAVE A CRIMINAL RECORD, you are honest and trustworthy. 

Salary : 3500 euros nets / month

The client is also giving an allowance for the first 3 months to candidates who would be looking for an accommodation near the villa.

Contract: Permanent Contract (French Contract)

2 consecutive days off per week, not necessarily weekends
