Temporary Deckhands (x3) – Classic Sailing Yacht

We are seeking three deckhands to join our professional crew on a classic sailing yacht based in Palma de Mallorca for the winter season. Ideal for enthusiastic, dynamic sailors eager to learn and grow in the yachting industry.

Start date: January 2025 – March 2025
Itinerary: Mediterranean
Salary: Paid in Euros, plus accommodation and food allowance, pay leave 38 days per year.  

Experience/attributes required:
• 1 season’s previous experience on a SY preferred, racing experience is an asset 
• Assisting with deck operations including docking, anchoring, and tender driving
• Maintaining exterior cleanliness and presentation of the yacht
• Positive disposition, motivated character
• Collaborating with fellow crew members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests
• Professional appearance

Qualifications required:
• STCW (fully updated)
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate valid for at least 6 months

 
Non smoker, no visible tattoos
