About this role

Chief Steward(ess) – Private/Charter 40+ m M/Y

This is a busy Private Charter yacht that will be cruising the Mediterranean.

candidates in Europe/UK only to be considered

 

 

Start Date:   January  2025

Location:       Mediterranean – Single Season

Package:       Salary in Euros, 38 days’ leave

 

Experience and attributes required 

 

* Minimum 3 years’ experience – Could be a strong 2nd ready to step up to Chief

* Excellent service skills with charter experience

* Great communication, organisational and leadership skills

 

Documents required: 

 

* Food & Hygiene Level 2

* STCW (fully updated) with PSA/PDSD

* Seafarer’s Medical Certificate

* Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferable)

* Valid Driving Licence


Non smoker/no visible tattoos

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
