Live-in Couples Opportunity for a Housekeeper and Caretaker on the shores of Sydney Harbour! THOM

We are looking for a mature and responsible couple preferably with experience in private residences to live in a large property situated on the northern suburbs of Sydney – An amazing location with your own 2 bedroom lower level, self-contained, complete with full kitchen, living areas and access to the patio and pool area.

The principal travels internationally often, so you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the main residence and property, together with a very friendly doggo!  So you must be animal lovers!

For the housekeeper role we are seeking someone with the following attributes:

• Experience in private housekeeping;
• A very strong eye for detail;
• Be detail oriented with strong organisational skills;
• Police Check required.

For the Caretaker role we are seeking the following:

• Experienced in minor repairs, minor gardening duties, (there is a regular gardener), and other general handyman duties; Arranging trades to carry out maintenance; and generally keeping outdoor spaces clean and tidy.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and number of hours work. (approx. 20-25 hours per week combined)
