Junior Finance Assistant

Wilsonhalligan have a Junior Finance Assistant position available based in the United Kingdom.

My client is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join their growing team. You will provide an efficient and accurate support to the Finance department to ensure all client account managers are fully supported.

Tasks include:

• debt chasing
• monitoring email accounts and responding to queries - daily
• loading and sending sales invoice
• taking payment on credit cards
• liaising with client account managers
• maintain product price list
• match courier shipments

Essential skills and attributes:

• minimum level 2 AAT Qualified and competent in SAGE
• strong verbal and written communication skills
• good spoken and written English
• strong verbal and written communication skills
• proven ability and confidence in using Microsoft Office products
• exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests

Location: UK
Salary: £25,000-£27,000 PA (DOE)
