About this role

Temporary Head Chef – 50m busy Private M/Y

Start: 10 th of November – probably to beginning January – potential to go permanent.
Location: Mediterranean / Might go to the Middle East
Package: Salary paid in Euro’s – leave TBC

Skills and Attributes Required:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Chef on 40m + M/Y
• Strong knowledge of Vegetarian and Indian cuisine
• Clean/ Tidy and food safety conscious in the galley

Qualifications Required:
• STCW (Fully Updated) with PDSD
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate
• Food Safety and Hygiene L2
• Seaman’s book preferred

Work Experience Requirements:

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Yacht or a Cruise Ship.

Language Requirements:

Good knowledge of the English language is required.

Certificates and Qualifications:

A valid STCW Basic Safety Training certificate is required from all applicants. Please sign up for an STCW course and obtain the certificate if you don't have it yet.
